Hi, I’m Lorraine Sheppard…

Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I worked in IT and accounts. That background taught me to be practical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, skills I now bring to helping people find positive ways forward.
My passion for mental health grew from personal experience. I’ve faced anxiety and depression and know how isolating they can feel. But I’ve also discovered something life-changing: real, lasting change is possible - often sooner than you’d expect.
That’s why I love being a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist. This approach is positive and empowering, it builds on your strengths and looks to the future, not the past. I feel privileged to help people uncover their resources and create lasting change. Many clients say they feel lighter, more hopeful, and in control after just a few sessions.
