Having faced social anxiety, bouts of low mood, and the impact of loss myself, I know firsthand how challenging life can feel at times. You won’t be asleep or unconscious, and you can choose to open your eyes, speak, or end the session whenever you like. You can’t be made to do or say anything against your will.
